Changes and Cancellations

Most of our pieces are made to order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

You may make changes within 24 hours. After this time an item is “in production” and no further changes are possible .

Shipping

Regular orders are delivered within 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks)in the US and Canada.

Full Priced Merchandise

Full priced items - on which no discount was applied- may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund.

Once your return is received back into inventory you will receive an email informing you of this .

A refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 2-3 weeks of the item being returned to inventory.

Sale Merchandise

Sale items, or items purchased with a discount code - may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a store credit .

Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Once your return is received back into inventory you will receive an email informing you of this .

A credit code that can be used on our website will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks of the item being returned to inventory.

Shipping Your Item Back to Lilikoi

The customer will accept responsibility for shipping charges on items returned to Lilikoi.

Lilikoi will pay to ship new items to the customer.  We strongly suggest that you use a tracked method of shipping. 

Clearance items ( items in the designated Clearance Section) are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please do not ask for an exception . 

Ways to Make the Return Process Smoother

Did you know that a large proportion of items bought online and returned are bound for the landfill? There is a high cost to processing returns , and as a small business, making a hand-made product, we are always trying to balance sustainability with efficiency. We don’t want anything to wind up in the landfill . Here’s what you can do to help .

Ways to facilitate a sustainable return:

-return apparel is as-new condition. Do not wear ( other than trying on) . Do not wash . Do not alter. Do not remove tags.

-return the item to original packaging immediately after trying on if you intend to return it.

-expose item to as little of the household as possible - this includes pet hair, perfumes, incense and scents ( we are a scent-free business) Some of these things can make an item impossible to resell.

-be mindful of makeup, deodorant and other products that can stain and permanently damage apparel

-if you return an order to us you will be refunded or credited according to the policy noted above. But in general we discard or recycle about 20% of returns - even though the customer is refunded. . This reflects the many items that are returned in condition that we cannot in good conscience sell as brand new. This is a cost to our small business and to the environment.

We ask that you are mindful of this, and do your part to return clothing in as new condition.
